What is the ballista target level for defender in the simulator ? How does this work or how do you use, explanation please . Thank you esm

Type in the level of the building you think you'd be targeting, and the simulator will tell you how many levels the amount of ballistas you have will knock down. For example, 300 balistas targeting a level 20 building will reduce it to a level 5 building.
