Can someone tell me how to check how long have I been in the game, cause when I tried to trade it keeps telling me I need to be in the world at least 14 days (it feels much longer than that)

I dont believe that an in game clock exists that will print the time spent in a specific world im afraid.

I understand the problem that you have, and the 14 day limit is something that is there to prevent people from creating multiple accounts and sending resources to themselves to get a start on the other players.
I believe that another player recently raised a question about this and Orlor mentioned that he was going to take it to the dev team to see if this could be addressed.

As it stands there is no way to know exactly how long it has been.
