A player left , his city turned into a barb, I scouted good resources over 50k each, the units left behind we're 500 guardians as well as about 300 lancers etc. now when I rescouted some day or 2 later the guardians had risen to 700+ , how is this possible when it's a barb? Have I discovered life on a dead city lol

He could have possibly starter recruiting 200 more guards before he left
