This kid Easton305 keeps harassing me. I and others have asked him to stop and he still continues. Please help ?

Assuming the harassment is verbal (ie., messages) then yeah, contact support. If he is harassing you by constantly attacking you and stealing your resources and/or cities then... well, that's kind of the point of the game, no?
Join a guild that can send you support to fend off his attacks, and send armies to break down his walls and kill his troops. Then you can send a few scholars over to have a little chat with him.
