I have the required scholarships for my next scholar. I keep trying to get a scholar and the software keeps giving an "oops .." error. I am in the middle of something important. What alternative do I have?

The easiest solution is to close the game client and restart it. This fixes most of these problems.

You can do so by going to the main screen on your iOS device and:
double click the menu button > click and hold the valor app button > click the X
Wait a minute to let it close and then reopen the game client.
