Is it a reason why allied can't send troops support?

Helping each others between allied that is something current and paramount no, don't you think?

Agreed sir, and this is something that has been mentioned in the past.
I would agree that being able to send troops to another ally would be very benificial and not being able to makes being an ally very difficult at times.
