I purchased the 49.99 gold pack. If I lose my city or have to restart for any reason, do I get the gold back to restart?

I would hope that the pack is tied into your account, and not tied to your city. Actually, I assume that it is (tied to your account) because you can spend it on any world, no?

As to the original question the answer is no. Once gold is spent in a world, you do not get it back, even if your city is conquered.
You are correct Stark.
Gold is shared across an account. If you purchase for example 200 gold you could use 50 in world 43 and 50 in world 44.

Thank you Orlor, that's exactly what I was asking. I do know know about the multiple worlds on one account but I appreciate you also taking the time to answer as well Stark. Thanks for the info.
