Revoking research

So I saw that in the forge u can revoke research. Does that mean you can revoke it to lvl 0 and get all the research points back?

You can revoke, and get the research point back.
If you revoke a research you get that point back and you can reuse it.

You cannot revoke the default lancer though.

There seems to be a bug where the revoke tab does not always appear above the list.

I find the best way is to portal, pick a random town, check if it appears

If it appears, use the town switch arrows to select the correct town.
