Hey. From what lvl of barracks the troops get upfrade lvl?

It depends on Forge, and I think barrack is level 5, but i'm not sure.

Smithy as in workshop? How do i upgrade my units lvl? Got max forge and 18 barracks. I think its still lvl 1 units...

Im at world 43 . Is there a posibility that cant upgrade above lvl 1? Its saying in forge max lvl reached... Plz a full answer is required

You must unlock additional unit types or levels from the Forge.

That world is not assigned to unlock level. You must enter a right world which you can do that on.
