World speed/unit speed.

What is world speed and what is unit speed?
@Robby: World speed determines how quickly things happen (e.g, resource production, structure building times, unit travel time). The higher the number, the faster the speed. This value also affects the default unit speed values of your troops (e.g., a 1.0 world speed slows down all unit speeds, a 2.0 world speed speeds up all unit speeds).
