What does it mean?

I would like to know what are the sighns next to the players names in members in the guild.. I know the crowns are kings-for guild founders, but what are the other two, and when you have it what does that mean for you?

The golden wings are Captain which allows forum admin. The next one up is General which allows Diplomacy, captains rights and one other thing. Crown is Warlord, for the ability to change anything.

General also allows people to invite and uninvite members.
