Truce???

Hi, in the map - help i saw something called "truce"
What is that?

A truce is where you cannot attack a player's city. However, he also cannot issue attacks. Truces last for 1 day and cannot be used again until another day has passed. If you are wondering you can only get truces from the store meaning you have to buy them with real money.

does a truce stop incoming attacks?

It only stops players from issuing new attacks. Troops that are on the way do not have radios, thus attacking in progress are not canceled.
