I heard that if u send a unit as support to another city in a 3 ll research world then that unit is downgrades or upgrade based on what research level that city has for that unit

For example if I send a 10000 lancers to a attack city as support and that attack city only has lvl1 research for a lancer then my 10000 I sent will be lvl 1 lancers even though the city they came from has lvl3 research?

If this is true then guards are the top unit in 3 lvl research worlds and everything else is obaolete

True, if you send level 3 to support level 1, your support will become level 1.
Also, if you send level 1 to level 3, your support will become level 3.

Wow that's stupid thR makes the guardian the best unit in the world then

Offence and defenseive cities have to become obsolete cause if u send all ur support to a attack city that's getting attacked well then ur screwed

Yup I just crunched the numbers

11000 zerks and 2250 guards guards attacking 15000 lvl 1lancers and sents vs the same attack vs. lvl 3 7500 guards

Guards win the took 73% losses while the lancers and sents took 80% losses

It looks like guards are the dominant unit in lvl 3 research worlds

I did this experiment this way just to see which unit was stronger lvl1 lancers and sents( which that's the lvl they would be they were sent to an attack city) or lvl3 guards( this being that u have all guards in all cities)

How is there any strategy I this cause i fail to see any?

What happens when your out of resources after contantly building guardians...

I can say defending and attacking with guardians eats your resources fast.

And how many 10 k barbs are around your cities ussually at least 5 with at least 30-40 k resources each if u need more sesources u have the 2nd best unit for carrying resources at your disposal!!

i ONLY play on 1 teir research worlds

After a while, all those 10k barbs become red or blue
