How do you increase the morale of your troops?

It regenerates by about 2 depending on the world every day

Matt, your talking about Loyalty.

Morale changes per city whenever you attack players with higher or lower points than you. Orlor also mentioned that attacking the same city again and again lowers your morale as well.

To increase morale
1) Attack a stronger city
2) Attack different cities
