I am having to leave the game due to personal reasons. I have built up two cities quite a bit, including troops. Is it possible for me to give these cities to people in my guild? I would hate for another guild to take them, for them to suffer severe damage or to lose all the troops. How can someone in my guild derive benefit from these cities?

You can send the troops to a player in the guild and leave the guild while they take your cities. That's one way.

As of right now, they're no way to "give" cities away.
