World 31 error

I can't upgrade, build troops or any thing, keep getting error message. Only on world 31 other world is fine , please help, my warehouse is gonna overflow
Have contacted in game support, forums here and talked about in guild. I need help!

This is an intermittent problem with many people on different worlds. Try turning your device on and off and forgetting the Internet network and reconnecting to the wi fi. Sometimes that will help

Well I have a problem as well, our whole forum is gone, I have 49 players wondering what's going on in my guild, is there a way you all can fix this problem asap, also why is it that new players have received coins and existing players that have played did not receive any!
