Troops abroad with negative numbers

What does it mean when troops abroad have negative numbers legacy world.

kidding. personally ive only seen that once and i did a troop/food count, i had the troops it was just saying negative. its a bug is all.

Sometimes, for any reason, you can recruit more troops than your city can hold, maybe a glitch coming from the refresh that doesn't work.

But now, ballista another city's farm: his food capability will be reduced. If the opponent conserved his troops for any reason (dodged, troops were out...) it's highly possible that food necessity will be higher than food capacity given by the farm. Number will be red, and you'll not be able to recruit of build food consuming stuff: two ways, raise you farm, or kill your troops
