Banned using chaos?

I saw a post from the forums about getting banned using chaos, does this apply to all worlds or just the new worlds with chaos changes?

Simply put, you will only be banned on worlds 75+ fr this. Using chaos once will get you a warning, then a ban if you do it a second time. Banning affects all worlds, pretty much you are unable to play Valor again. The person under chaos and the person who made it will both be banned or warned depending on how many times they have done it
