New world launch dates

Is there a way to find out the launch dates on new standard legacy worlds?

New legacy worlds open automatically when the previous one becomes full.

So the best way to estimate when the new world will open is to look at the info of the previous world. Once it is about to reach 20k population it means the new one will open soon.
