How do you settle new cities?

I am new to the game and loving it, its a great way to klill some extra time. But I have some questions:

- I cannot seem to select other worlds, when I go to the portal section and scroll down I see that I have 0 tickets, one world and no other worlds to select from.

- How do I settle a new city? I go to the map section and don't see any way to settle new cities.

- Will there be any additions like dungeons to plunder or world bosses to fight?
