City hall upgrades and times

Why is it that when I upgrade my city hall the upgrade times do not go down?
In fact, one of my upgrade times increased by three minutes.
BTW. I am on world 75.

Were these buildings already positioned in your queue when the City Hall upgrade completed?

Yes? They were all already in the queue. Two buildings stayed the same ( the first two in the queue). The third increased by thee minutes. The fourth decreased by one minute and the fifth decreased by two minutes.

Sometimes the valor clock is off a little bit and times change, you'll notice that if you ever have a city your waiting for resources and it tells you the time you'll have enough resources. Anything In the que, troops or buildings do not change time it takes to build unless you cancel after the townhall upgrade and put them in the que again afterwards

Nope. Pulled all buildings out of the que and added them again. No change to the times.
