What's the etiquette? Is it okay to claim and conquer a barb city that has been farmed by both you and your ally? What if the city is closer to your ally? Does that give him more "right" to it? Opinions please!

Ask your allie if he wants it.If he says he does and it's closer to him let him take it,if it's closer to you take it.if its the same distance away I'd call it a race.
