Discounted/Sale on Gold

My question is has okay Valor ever had discounted Gold during a holiday or special event? If not will they do this? I've been waiting on something like this to actually purchase some (in my opinion it's waaaaay overpriced). Thanks

I have never seen it.
They have their "bonuses" for buying lots though

When have they done this? I'm trying to wait till this happens but I've been playing for 8 months and haven't seen this yet..

I've been playing since world two (that is a little longer than eight months ago) I think it was around about a year or so ago. They try different things all the time.
