Starting Over

I just got conquered. When I restarted it put me in the same section, R4, that I was conquered. 1 guild really dominates it. Is there any way to delete my current city so I can move somewhere else? If I stay here, they'll conquer me once I get about 7-8k points. I would like to stay in this world. I left my guild due to several members leaving to join that bigger guild when they were getting attacked. Thanks for any help!!
