Kakao Talk problems

I have noticed that many guilds use this chat throughout the game to coordinate their forces. I tried to sign up and got a temporary suspension notice.

I have tried contacting kakao to fix the problem with no results for over a week.

Anyone else have a similar problem? If so, what is the best way to overcome it?
