Locking Forums

There are some locked forums in my guild forums. Does anyone know what locking a forum does?

It means that you can't post there.

There's a lot of my guild members who have posted to locked forums. Is it because their delegates?

They must have permission or they posted that long time ago.

I've seen where warlords can hide there messages from other members in the guild in forums... Anyone know how that is done?

There is no way to hide posts in te guild forum. If te post is missing its because it's been deleted.
Locked forum - anyone with a guild rank can post in a Locke forum. Locking a forum only prevents regular members from posting.
