Entering a new world

Hi, am new to the game so bare with me. My question is can I start a new city in another world? I read on the game guide I can but can't find where to sign out of my original world.

Which world did you have in your mind? You can only join the world which is new.
For support in game, please go to:
Portal > ? (Question Mark - Upper right of the screen) > Support > Mail Icon
For support outside of the game, please go to:

You should be able to see the newest world. if you dont: submit a request here: http://playmesh.zendesk.com/anonymous_requests/new
