How do i retrieve from another world

I recently abandoned my city in world 29 and now I can't access my mail to contact my friend and I forgot his name so I can't find him in world 30. Is there a way to get my mail back?

If you abandon your city in a specific world up actually abandon your account in that world.
Your cities becomes gray and barbarian, and you no longer have ether a player name or access within that world.

The only way to recover this information would be to petition the support staff and see if they had a backup. Abandoning a world is irreversible however and it is unlikely that you will recover this information.
