I tried to invite my friend to join my guild, I send him invitation 3 times already, he is receiving only message-report that he was invited, but then when he opens "Guild" there is no invitations! How he can finally accept my invitation and become my member?!

Refresh Valor and try again.

ya if you have him go to the bottom guild tab and click the refresh button while still on the guild tab it should come up it happens a lot.
