W100 date?

I have seen Orlor saying there will be a set date and time for w100 to open but can't see anywhere where this date and time is stated. My question is bluntly will there be a set date and time for opening?
(doesn't help by the search function of the forum ingame not working on my device!!)

It was announced via facebook I believe, Oct 17 at 17:00 VT.

The question about whether that wa official 100% gonna happen was asked to Orlor but he didn't answer it. Thus why I was asking here :/

This is the correct date and time for world 100. A post/facebook post will be made today confirming that also.
