When upgrading barracks does it take down the time of building all troops or just the small troops

Decreases build time of your infantry. Upgrading the Stable decrease build time of your cavalry and upgrading the workshop decreases the build time of your siege weapons.

Correct, upgrading your barracks will decrease the recruit time of the lancer, sentry and berserker.

If you have troops training when your upgrade is complete, cancel your remaining training to ensure the training times are correct.
