Que extender

This is now the second time a major change was made affecting my que extender. This time I was on my last day, but last time I has 3 days left. Between the updating interruptions and new updates to the game, this is getting frustrating. I'm hoping I can get a que extender backside I lost 4 days combined, which is a total bummer.

did you get a support ticket?

Have contacted them a few times. No response.
