Transferring account

A friend of mines mother deleted the app from her device so she transfered it to another device, now she has it back on the original device but she can't transfer it back. Is there any way to get it transfered back to the original device?

Yeah, I'm that friend, another thing I have to add is that I know about the 30day limit, just wondering if there's a quicker way

That 30 day waiting period has been removed from your account, so yes.

Usually when you have an issue like that the support team can help you, details to contact them can be found in my signature.

The 30 day limit is still removed from that account, it is probably the other account that is preventing it. The 30 day waiting period would have to be removed from that also.

Yeah, sorry to but you, but it's still showing that error and won't transfer.

Have her respond to the support ticket that she created with the name of the valor account on the device.
