Does anyone know how Long it takes play mesh to respond to support tickets.?

There is a higher than normal volume of tickets right now so the response time is a bit longer.

it really depends on what it is and how well you describe your issue. at least that has been my experience. hope your ticket comes quickly. my last one only took 2 days. so i'd bet yours is due up soon.
