How can I get my resources out from my warehouse

you can't and you don't need
you build or recruit what you need depending on resos you have in your warehouse and while you do that you see them lowering.
after some time, how much depends on world speed, you have your resos back.

Using the market, after the intial 15 days since a world opens, you can TRANSFER resources between cities, yours or others...

If I well remember, lv25 market enable you to transfer 500k resources in total (133-133-134 f.e.)

yep, myname, you're right. i forgot about it.

lvl 25 market enable to transfer 100K resources total not 500K. 500K is capacity of a warehouse when it is maximized at lvl30
