Speed world rewards

I won a speed world about 26 hours ago give or take. I was curious how long does it take for me to get the gold after I won. On the standings page it isn't accurate it says that I was third with 17,000 points and 7 cities. I was really first with 110,000 points the 17,000 was just my starting city. I haven't done speed worlds in awhile so I don't know if this is normal or a bug.
