Is there a way to know ahead when your enemy is sending an army to your city?

The rally point tells you of incomeing attacks other then that you need mind powers

I purchased a note for gold which lets you know of incoming enemies, from the store at bottom if I remember correctly

Do I see on the map if one of my villages is going to be attacked.

Yes, you can see on your map if any of your city is attacked.
