Re-joining a guild

If I leave a guild. Can a member of the same guild re-invite me back to the same guild?

What if the guild creator left to join another guild? Ours had created a starter guild but jumped ship to a bigger guild. The others in it have since stopped playing and have no cities. I am the remaining active guild member, but with no administrative authority. I'd like to keep the name and add others but have no ability to do so. Any ideas?

You need to speak to either the guild leader (crown) or a general who can invite you to the guild.
If both of these people are inactive, then it wont be possible to rejoin this guild.
