Demolish

Once city hall reaches level 15 you can demolish any building in your city? Why would you want to do that , I don't understand after all the resources that has eaten up , not to mention losing whatever that building enables you to produce. Ps I am a noob so please enlighten

Much later in game when your town is maxed and you have no more space for troops you can demolish unnessicery building for farm space to make troops
Also if someone is takeinh the town off you soon you can demolish it to have the last dig

For example, the hiding place is completely useless, so you can demolish that, also, i personally think that if you dont have a lot of rams or ballistas then you can demolish the workshop to like a level 10 or even 5, same with the stable, if you want.
As for the farm, warehouse, barracks, wall, and resource buildings, i would keep them at the max level.
