How To Use Troops

How do I control/use troops from my other city? Ex.1000 Berserkers sent to another city for support, that supported city uses those 1000 cities.
The troops will remain at this city and defend it from incoming attacks automatically and they will receive whatever defensive bonuses that the wall / other troops in that city provide.
You have no control on what those troops do in that city other than recalling them.
This can be done via the rally point > Troops > Troops Abroad.
