What are the buttons for at the bottom of the email screen?
Player. Guild. Location?
What do they do and how do they work?

They effectively generate a BB code which behaves like HTML only docile.
They allow you to create links to other players.
When you press "player" it will create a piece of code, and if you put the players name in between the brackets, you can create a link to that player within the post.
the same applies to guild and location.
