Hi guys,
as Valor is occupied with alot of inactive players, you should use this as an advantage.
Inactive players won't grow, but they can perform as your unlimited amount of resource.
Knowing any "activated" town, without any upgrades whatsoever, can hold about 600 of each resource, and also produces a certain amount of these precious resources each hour.
When you just left beginners protection, you should use your basic troops (you get them by doing your missions) to attack these. Farm untill one town is empty and move on to the next one!
Once you grow bigger, aim for knights! An exact amount of 44 knights will give you the maximum you can haul in each inactive town.
Imagine this (realistic) scenario: You have 44 knights, and 6 inactive towns around you. Let's take an average for the time to hit them (30 min), so 1h untill your knights come back with the resources.
This gives you a boost of 3600 of each resource, and once you have hit the last town, you can restart the cycle.
Now imagine the same, but with 132 knights... ( 10800 wood, iron AND clay)
I hope i helped some of you in the farming tactic (once you start calculating barbarian city's in this tactic, it gets extremely complicated, so let's just stick with this)
Grtz!

Another trick to farming. Even an empty city with a wall of 2-5 will kill one or two of your knights. So as soon as you can build some rams and zerks and clear the Walls and then you can farm without loosing any knights so it's free resources all the time with no risk. Just keep on expanding your wall free resources.
