Best way for max points?

i am alright at this game but it takes forever to get points. is there a faster way to getting points? if so, what is it?

Well yeah. You can only get points by upgrading stuff in your city so, yeah get gold and buy speed ups.

Or u can do the Rambo and take a bunch of cities. That's the fastest way right there

But it takes forever in a new city to get troops, resources, and scholars to conquer cities, especially in the beginning.
