Fakes. Make it look like your are going to attack another city some time before, probably with scouts.

Also during your attack send fakes that look like clearing waves and scholar waves to several cities.

Build more than one scholar so the capture doesn't take forever due to loyalty regeneration and capture a barbarian city so it doesn't fight back. Pretty simple really.

Go with a barb on your first try.

I usually send loads of clearing waves before hand and then 5 scholar waves right behind.

You will want to have ur target picked out. Make sure the target is clear, i would recommend a barbarian for your first try. Send your scholers with a minimal of 500 troops accompaning each one to try and make sure ur scholers are not killed in the attack and try and get ur target guessing if it is not a NAP and send in fake attacks with only one ram or ballista.
Hope this helped

i dont like wasting time on a barb. get together with your guild leader and ask for assistance to cap and enemy or something like that. cuz usually barbs are only around 1-3k at that time

Why sent multiple clearing waves rather than one single large clearing wave?

Taking a city easy can be explained by:
- having a scholar
- having more troops than the other guy
- knock down the wall
- do it fast

Pretty self explanatory. There is no easy way.. Otherwise everyone wouldn't be messaging me asking why I took them.
