Beginning a new world do not upgrade any thing but resoures
This is how you should upgrade them goin!
05 lumber mill 05 quarry 01 iron mine
10 lumber mill 10 quarry 03 iron mine
15 lumber mill 15 quarry 10 iron mine
20 lumber mill 20 quarry 15 iron mine
*And upgrade warehouses as need it*

That be so, you have posted an upgrade ratio on resource development.

What about the CH? I would like to see some evidence on the upgrade to reduction of time to upgrade the resource structures.

Lol yep. I get a good chunk of my resources from other players ;D this may be resource efficient, but if I have 5 people around me all only building resources, then I guess I'm getting a really good start hehe. As long as you're not trying to play FarmVille with those resources, you should be doing fine :) I would think having your que always full is best even if that means messing up that resource build so you can have something going while you sleep.

Building your city hall or anything else besides resources takes time to build right?
So the little tiny bit of time knocked off your build times from having a higher city hall at first isn't beneficial
I think this is a very smart guide
It takes resources to build troops
City's with more resources=bigger army early on GREAT STRATEGY
