Kindle fire Valor 1.07 not able to connect to game servers
My device is Kindle fire downloaded app from Amazon store ....was fine...version 1.07 valor for android upgraded automatically..using comcast for Internet with wifi for connect message from valorous is that Internet connection is required...verified connection working for other games...Have been down since servers were brought done for upgrades...looking forward to fix...hopefully not wiped out...or have at least something left...Thank you for finding problem....

Still no valor. Very upset. Made support ticket yesterday. If there isn't compensation I am done with this game. I spent too much money and time building a world to play on an uneven platform and now to be two days behind during an active war. I am a crown for my guild and have lost so much during this shut down that its depressing. Yup, I tell them, sorry, I'm Android, play mesh doesn't write platforms that work for us. Why open it to Android and not offer the same level of play?!? Losing many good, paying, customers over all of this.

Well that is just as fun on Android.. You can only make a support ticket on their website. WE Aren't offered such luxuries as to have help or support in game. At main page you can choose to go to support and then make a ticket, but will need to be on classic view to do so.
Btw, I play on a galaxy tab, wifi only, through Comcast, downloadedapp through Amazon store, as it is not offered in google play, haven't updated lately, version 1.7, and have uninstalled and re downloaded numerous times. It is not an issue with our devices. And whether I lose cities or not during this time, I did not grow, and that needs to be compensated. We need an update very soon
