I dont think it is fair to just let the game run and accept "a period of inefficiency" as you named it.
There have been short times during the downtime and maybe still are that allow a few players to login and do what they need to do.
Others dont have that chance :-(
That is definitely not fair and gives a few a huge advantage vs the majority.
I bought a lot of gold in W100 and dont think you are taking the right decision if you let the game run like this.
Please reconsider!

This is not just a game or application. I careless if my email goes down, I don't even care if my bank goes down for a day or two but not valor. This is the kind of players (customers) you have. So get some red ball and start the game.

As far as I'm aware pwnlaw has been awake but they are only human.. If amazons system is not capable yet of holding a massive server game such as this yet then it IS amazons FAULT you cannot solve anything by getting angry at playmesh and staff as they are trying to resolve the issue as best as possible... You cannot expect them not to sleep as they NEED to sleep just as much as anyone else or how else will thy solve this problem?
They are keeping you updated and letting you know of new developments as they happen. Yes your upset everyone is however with terms of full resources etc I'd rather just have the game back and working and then try to solve those issues.. I'm just saying everyone's poor attitude towards playmesh in the game is highly pathetic as they cannot control this...
