I raised a valid point, but there is no comment or reply from PM.
If you would be a bit more transparent in your decisions it would certainly make your customers more happy.
There should be an announcement soonish on both Facebook/forums about the Valor outage due to Amazon Web Services.

This is more an inquiry than anything, not sure I really care, but does anyone have any stats on whether those of us who were within our 3 day Beginner's Protection lost any time due to the outage, or did it pick back up where it was? I apparently didn't pay attention to how much time I had left in it and so am curious if I lost any time. No biggie either way if I was solo in that regard.
