I got lucky my speed ups ran out right before the outage but I lost all my troops on attacks that I sent

Well, almost pregnant is the same as horseshoes, hand grenades and thermonuclear weapons...this is closer to premature ejaculation, finally got in but can't do anything with it...

Orlor, any news on when it'll be back on? And If I reinstalled the app do I loose my acc?
