Our server lead warned me of this about a month ago. We're in the process of building redundancies so we aren't so reliant on a single cloud cluster -- we hoped we had more time. Very very annoyed right now.

Also orlor amazon have me a 2hr time period to expect before service returns to normal but that was for there database service I don't know bout EC2
